This flared base chimney has a two-inch o.d. base and is specifically made to fit certain lamps that were and are made for boats as mentioned on the previous CHIMNEYS page.

The burner must be a gallery type (having a short "picket fence" around the burner rim) - and most importantly - with a set (thumb) screw to secure the chimney in place during rough weather (thus the flared base). Here are some examples of lamps that require this chimney:
