4-INCH TRIPOD FOR NUTMEG & ACORN BURNER: This tripod supports a shade having a 4-inch bottom diameter and rests on a Nutmeg or Acorn burner. The arms are brass plated steel. The center ring is solid brass. It perfectly fits a Nutmeg, but since the ring is 1/32" larger than the Acorn burner rim, one must take up that space either with dots of solder or with tape wrapped around the ring so it fits snuggly on the Acorn burner.
