RETURN POLICY
The biggest headache for me is receiving returned merchandise from customers who
have failed to take the time to measure correctly. It costs me in time and packaging and aggravation.
So, PLEASE measure correctly before placing an order; don't guess and hope for the best.
Check with me via email if you have a question or need an explanation. That said, I do accept returns, with the following provisions:
- Before returning an item, email me.(my email is on the packing slip)
- Enclose with the item an explanation of why it is being returned.
- If you would like to exchange the item, check with me first. I will let
you know the postage cost that you will need to enclose.
- If you do not wish to exchange the returned item, I will send you a PayPal
refund of the item's cost minus a 25% fee (unless the mistake is mine, not yours)
. I cannot refund the cost of sending it to you, nor the cost
you incur in returning it to me.
- When I send items I do not charge for handling or for packing materials. The
reason for the 25% restocking fee is to recover that - and to discourage lackadasical
customers who can't be bothered to make careful selections. Sorry...
- With rare exceptions, returns or exchanges must reach me within 30-days of your
receipt of the original order.
