MY WEATHER STATION
I volunteered to take over the McGinnis Meadows weather station in 1978. It is maintained by the U.S. Weather Service
and is designated Libby32SSE. I make daily observations at 6 p.m. and send them via computer each day to the supervisory office in
Missoula, MT.

This is a photograph taken at my home, where the station is located. I was being awared a Certificate of Appreciation
for 20 years of service by the head of the Missoula MT weather service office.
