This is a table of the dimensions of kosmos burner parts. For European lamps ONLY. The metric threading will NOT fit lamps made in the USA.The inside diameter of the collar is the side-to-opposite-side distance of the threaded portion on
your lamp (called a collar). The bottom o.d. of the burner is the same since it threads into that collar opening. If your lamp is missing a collar, select a collar
that will fit over and conceal the neck of the oil font. Normally these are secured by an adhesive that dries hard such as plaster of Paris, acrylic caulk, tile grout,
or similar.
Note that the collar for the #12 burner and #14 burner are identical. The #12 is a smaller burner with a smaller wick, but has the same size threaded bottom as

I keep in stock a small number of hand made (in France) etched ball shades($25 ea.)designed to fit both Kosmos #6 (with a $10.50 adapter) and Kosmos #8 & #10 burners (no adapter required). Here are photos of the shade and topping a US finger and #1 lamp to show scale. The shade's overall diameter is 4-1/8"; height is 3-3/4", bottom opening is 1-9/16";top opening i.d. 1-7/8".
